Mark Boswell

Mark Boswell studied dada, surrealism, and cinema production at the American Centre of Paris from 1986 to 1989 and at Philips College of Melbourne, Florida from 1990 to 1992. He has shown his experimental films in 25 countries throughout the world, in museums, biennials and film festivals, including Transmediale Berlin (2003, 2004, 2007), The 10th Biennale of the Moving Image, Geneva, Switzerland, The Avanto Media Arts Festival of Helsinki, Finland (2003, 2004, 2006), The National Centre of Contemporary Art St-Petersburg, Russia, The Los Angeles Freewaves Video Biennale , and the New York Video Festival. In 2004, he received the International Media Art Award from the ZKM museum of Karlsruhe, Germany.
